Fixes a Serendipity RSS issue where feed_body contained the full post and feed_ext was blank, causing duplicated or lost content during imports. The feed now outputs intro HTML in <description> and extended-only HTML in <content:encoded> (both CDATA), keeping formatting and the intro/extended split consistent.
