docs: add descriptive alt text to guide diagrams#3407

Replace terse image labels (e.g. "prop drilling diagram") with full descriptive alt text across the guide so screen-reader users get a meaningful description of each diagram's content. Affected diagrams: prop-drilling, provide/inject, slots, named slots, scoped slots, component tree, lifecycle, and directive syntax.
