ics2pal.py -- Convert email containing ICS attachment to text suitable
for pal

Pass in a message contents, and a PAL line (actually multiple if there
are multiple invites) will be sent to stdout.

Add this to your .muttrc to use:
 macro index \cw |/home/via/dev/ics2pal/ics2pal.py>>/home/via/.pal/work.pal\n 'Add line to pal'
 macro pager \cw |/home/via/dev/ics2pal/ics2pal.py>>/home/via/.pal/work.pal\n 'Add line to pal'
