MiniFlo not appearing #86

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Downloaded the portable windows version on my USB
2. Opened Textroom.exe
3. F7

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There should have been icons on the "mainwindow", I know because whenever I 
hover my mouse between the space of the title bar and the tool bar squares and 
captions appear. I clicked each icon and got warning dialogues instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
textroom-0.8.1 portableWindows Vista
