Built a complete RAG system on dedicated hardware for a client needing data sovereignty. Local LLM inference, vector search, MCP server integration, 15+ Docker containers orchestrated with automated compliance auditing. Zero external API dependencies. From bare metal to production in 4 weeks.
Modernized a multi-million-line .NET codebase handling institutional trade volume across NYSE, NASDAQ, and Goldman Sachs. Migrated ~50 services to .NET Core. Took the team from manual "release days" to multiple daily deployments.
Designed and built from scratch. Custom in-memory federated database for real-time market data during peak volatility, unified broker API (6+ brokers via FIX protocol), >99% availability across 9 years. Grew to 20+ B2B white-label partners.
