Kami is now organized as a multi-theme skill repository.

See THEME_PRODUCTION_CONTRACT.md for the shared build, output, and verification contract that all theme skills are expected to follow.

Create a new sibling skill under plugins/kami-themes/skills/:

Then add the theme to apps/web so the showcase can display it alongside the existing one.

Open apps/web/index.html in a browser.
