[Feature] Add support for internal link #432

Could this plugin support grafana internal link, so that people can jump from the research results directly into other datasource.
For example, If I use clickhouse to store logs, and when I search the logs, I can click the trace_id column, then a trace panel opened and show that trace info.
Now ElasticSearch and Loki support internal link, I hope clickhouse could support this as well
