Add
#include <cuda.h>to CUDA model. With this change, the CUDA model can also be compiled withacpp --acpp-pcuda --acpp-pcuda-chevron-launch.AdaptiveCpp PCUDA, unlike nvcc, does not automatically include the CUDA headers, so this change is necessary.
(CMake infrastructure for PCUDA is not yet in this PR, but miniBUDE is also easy enough to compile without cmake)
