[FR] Add a LICENSE (CC0 recommended, per sindresorhus/awesome convention) #19

Use case

README line 10 states the list follows sindresorhus/awesome guidelines. That parent list is CC0-licensed; this repo currently has no LICENSE file and the GitHub API reports "license": null, so contributors and forkers have no explicit reuse terms.

Proposal

Add LICENSE at repo root with CC0 1.0 text (matches sindresorhus/awesome and most curated awesome-lists).

Existing art

• sindresorhus/awesome uses CC0
• Most language-learning awesome-lists on GitHub adopt CC0 or MIT for the metadata

Not-a-bug caveat

Content-only repo; no code, so license impact is on the curation itself.
