No way to see API spec version/update date for installed APIs #20

Trying to: Check what version of the Stripe API spec is installed

Tried:

clx stripe --version

Got: Just the help text listing all commands.

Expected: Information about the installed spec:

• OpenAPI spec version (e.g., "Stripe API v2024-12-01")
• When the spec was downloaded
• Whether updates are available

Impact: Users don't know if their spec is current or outdated. No way to troubleshoot "is this a bug in clx or is my spec old?"
