thanks for your innovative tool and I have question about running cwl-runner.
After I typed the required input in yml file, I run cwl-runner.
Then in few minutes, The FATAL INPUT ERROR occurred, printing out below screen
However, there is no "genomeType" parameter in yml file and I cannot find genomeParamters.txt file.
Is there any way which I can solve this error?
