- Service Catalog — gestione di ~2.000 servizi software con tassonomia, owner e ciclo di vita
- Change Request Workflow — processo formale a 8 stati tra Ufficio Processi e Ufficio Sviluppo
- Release Linkage — collegamento documentazione ↔ rilascio software via PR/commit/ticket
