chore: remove packages/minishop — now on Packagist as toadfix/minishop#56

The package has been extracted to its own repository (toadfix/minishop) and published to Packagist. The host app now resolves it via Composer (^1.0) like any other dependency. The local copy is no longer needed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
