We need better support for nested annotations. Currently, all annotations are yellow, so we cannot even see the nested annotations, which makes them hard to even see. Also, any click to an "inner" annotated text fragment seems to be applied to all outer annotations. So we get lots of windows opened. That can be quite confusing.
