Amber Ink - Passing of the Torch

I can't believe it's that time already.  It seems like I just joined the amazing team at Amber Ink, but it's time for me to pass my Amber Ink Torch on to the next person.

The torch for Amber Ink's Orange Team was passed to me from Cheryl Gorka of She Stamps by CherylCheryl's projects are always beautiful.  If you haven't visited her blog, you really need to check it out.  She is amazingly talented!  Thank you, Cheryl, for choosing me to carry the torch.

I'm excited to announce that I'm passing my Amber Ink Orange Torch to the mega-talented Michele Greenwood (aka Mary Poppins) of Whimsical Creations.  Michele does beautiful work, so please be sure to stop by and check out her blog.  I know she will impress all of you as she carries the Orange Team Torch for the next month.

Amber Ink

Hello friends.  I have an Amber Ink card to share with you.  This is my last project as the Orange Amber Ink Torchbearer.  It's been such a fun month, and an honor to carry the torch!

I used Saying - I Think You're A Fungi for my card.  Don't you just love this image and sentiment?  I tell you, that Amber has a great sense of humour!  I used copics and colored pencils to color the image.  I added some twine and a button, and then used a Tim Holtz ticket to finish it off.  I used Linen Closet papers from DCWV ... hope they're not too girly but I really like these papers and seldom get to use them.  Anyway, if I give to this to my hubby, he won't care whether the paper has flowers.  Hey, at least I resisted the urge to add glitter to the hearts lol!

Thank you for stopping by.  Please stop by tomorrow as I'll have another card to share with you.

I would like to enter my card in these challanges:
Bunny Zoe's Challenge 11  -  One For The Boys

Stamp:  Amber Ink - Saying  I Think You're A Fungi

Amber Ink Easter

Good morning to all of you!  I have a new project to share this morning using an Amber Ink image.

Amber Ink is sponsoring the challenge this week over on The Sisterhood of Crafters Challenge and their theme this week is Easter.   I used "Curious Lovebunny" on my card today.  I used Prismacolor pencils to add some grey shading.  I added Fluffy Stuff to his tail and heat-set it with my embossing tool.  My papers are digi papers from Amber and they're called "Tiny Heart Carrots".   You can find all the fantastic Amber Ink products here.  Please be sure to stop by The Sisterhood of Crafters Challene Blog to see what their amazing team has created this week.

Thank you so much for stopping by.  I hope you find time to visit again later today as I'll have something else to share with you.
