It's not a dumb anime. I like the humor, especially the bomb who's later a stuffed animal.
Really! Watch this, its great!

I just noticed that this is an "Original Work: Dating Sim - Visual Novel". What on earth?
Game wasn't done before the anime was announced and put in development. The scriptwriters had the concepts of the setting and the main characters (the angels, that is), but no details of story and so on. They decided to make the anime anyway and just run with what they had in their own way.

They wanted to release the game, manga, and anime all at the same time but the game project encountered delays. Rather than delay the anime, the producers decided to run a gag anime. Apparently, it was unexpectedly successful.
I saw this, first, in 2005 or 2006,dont remember exactly. From that moment till recently I taught it was a great anime. But recently I watched it again, after all this years, and my thinking is a lot clearer. It's a funny anime,I really like milfeulle a lot,but the anime was like medium for me this time.
All episodes were super short, but i consider that as a plus, cuz from this season it seems pretty much like the type of anime that is more centered around making certain moments silly, wacky even unexpleinable, rather then focusing on main story (whatever that is). But thats fine wit me, cuz it was kinda relaxing and weird, there werent any real fight nor real opponents. The focus of this season seems to have been more on each girl's everyday routines, their habbits, hobbies and how they react on sudden and unexpectable situations. All in all, wasnt bad!!
Just finished this. It's a fun little show with a likeable cast of characters. Very episodic in nature, so you can take it slow, but it can also go by fairly quick with the short length eps. It was quite funny at times.
My favorite characters were Forte and Mint, but Ranpha also had her charming moments. I also liked how the episodes would give different characters leading roles always switching around who the focus was on so you wouldn't get bored seeing one lead all the time. Some episodes would only really have 2-3 of the girls in them for the most part. I found that interesting.
I do believe I'll be checking out one or more of the following sequel series in the future!
I enjoyed it overall.
Woah, Galaxy Angel. This is basically a hit-or-miss skit comedy, where you have to wait for a good joke, and then maybe you can laugh. Except the joke is drawn out over 10 minutes. Depends on you whether you think this is a nice waste of time, or just a waste of time.
I actually liked it, but it has its bad parts, and absolutely no rewatch value.

How many seasons are there in the series? 4? 5?
Seen one, seen them all. It would take divine patience to sit through all of them.
I so loved the game...

lol, well I'd be spacing them out over time most likely. It's not something I'd sit down and power through 10+ hours of. I got through this first season fairly quickly cause of the short episodes.
I don't know of its just cause it's Broccoli or maybe the slapstick comedy but I'm a big fan of Di Gi Charat and I pretty much finished the last of the Di Gi Charat material this past year after taking it easy watching some every so often for a few years. Galaxy Angel kinda fills some of the void Di Gi Charat left behind for me.
Also a big fan of Miyuki Sawashiro. Love when she does those soft-spoken characters, like Mint and Puchiko.
Galaxy Angel visual novel (a.k.a. game) is pretty nice. It has great songs and soundtrack, plus there's bunch of romance and comedy. I just wish the series were more like it. Still a nice watch~
