The Piñon Post and other news sources are reporting that former political staffer of New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham, James Hallinan is dead.
Hallinan accused the governor of groping him while he was on her staff.
According to Piñon Post:
According to multiple sources, Phoenix-based consultant James Hallinan, a conservative Democrat, has been said to have passed away.
Hallinan made headlines in New Mexico after he claimed that in 2018 then-U.S. Rep. Michelle Lujan Grisham, who is now governor, poured water over his crotch area and groped him in front of multiple witnesses.
Lujan Grisham’s campaign subsequently paid Hallinan $150,000 after the allegations surfaced ahead of her 2022 reelection campaign.
Political blogger Joe Monahan posted on Twitter Friday, “NM political consultant James Hallinan is dead at 40.” A quote from his sister Marisa read, “With much sadness we share that our beloved and brilliant brother and son James Hallinan died on Thursday. At this time of deep sadness we thank you for your conveyed sentiments and support”
Monahan noted, “No cause given” regarding his cause of death.
Details on Hallinan's death will be provided when more information is made available. He had said he received death threats prior to his passing. Shades of the Clintons!

UPDATE (8/7/23):
Phoenix Police stated that they found "no signs of foul play" in the death of James Hallinan.

Up to now, I've been somewhat ignoring the "saga" of Hunter Biden's laptop. But Dr. Steve Turley has some interesting things to show and say about it.
The Federalist blog has posted Turley's video on the subject.
Turley posted:
Bumblin’ Biden is panicking as 80K deleted imagines and emails from Hunter’s laptop from hell are about to be published!
In this video, we’re going to look at the whistleblower who’s promising to publish a massive amount of never before seen data from Hunter’s laptop, we’re going to see how more and more pundits are openly admitting Biden’s not even going to finish his first term, and stick with me to the end of the is video when I’ll reveal the two scandals that threaten to bring this nightmare of a presidency to an end once and for all; you are NOT going to want to miss this!
Will the Hunter Biden's laptop contents along with daddy His Fraudulency's past public statements tie the noose around his neck and cause him to be booted out of office? More pundits seem to think so.

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) — The former chief financial officer for the New Mexico Spaceport Authority filed a whistleblower lawsuit alleging that he was forced to resign after raising concerns about financial malfeasance that he said cost taxpayers millions of dollars.Among numerous allegations, Zach DeGregorio said in the lawsuit filed Dec. 28 that top officials committed securities fraud by refinancing spaceport gross receipts tax bonds under false pretenses. He also said secret meetings held between state officials and Spaceport America’s most notable tenant — Virgin Galactic — may have resulted in violations of the state's anti-donation law, which restricts government donations to personal and private-sector enterprises as a precaution against graft and corruption. The civil complaint filed in state district court lists numerous officials, including Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham, Economic Development Secretary Alicia Keyes, officials with the New Mexico Finance Authority and members of the Spaceport Authority board.
John Block of Piñon Post must've been busy over the Independence Day weekend, for he has compiled a list of abuses that "toxic" Gov. "Malevolent Michelle" Lujan Grisham inflicted on the people of New Mexico.
And it is quite a lengthy list.
He begins with:
Despite Gov. Lujan Grisham’s desperate show on social media over the holiday weekend claiming New Mexico is “back open,” we must remember that the rosy picture she is trying to paint for us came after months of abuse.
We must face the facts, New Mexico: We are in a toxic, abusive relationship with Gov. Lujan Grisham — whether we asked for it or not. And it’s time to end it before we get beaten even harder.

Watching the Tony Bobulinski interview on Tucker Carlson Tonight. This is a major major story against Joe Buy-den. Corruption at its finest. The American people need to learn more about this! - Rush Limbaugh
The Bidens are vomiting blood right now. #TonyBobulinski - James Woods
From Fox News:
Tony Bobulinski, a former business associate of Hunter Biden, will tell "Tucker Carlson Tonight" in an exclusive interview Tuesday evening that Joe Biden's denials of knowledge or involvement in his son's foreign dealings are "a blatant lie."

Former Vice President Joe Biden has some explaining to do. Did Joe Biden receive half of son Hunter's pay from Burisma?
The Hunter Biden/Ukraine/Burisma scandal explained by Fox News's Tucker Carlson last night:
RUSH: Anyway, here’s the Ukraine scandal, in a nutshell, ladies and gentlemen. Then-Vice President Biden threatened and blackmailed the country of Ukraine to stop investigating his son, Hunter Biden. Current President Trump suggested that Ukraine investigate Hunter Biden’s likely corrupt business arrangement. Ukraine originally wanted to prosecute before Biden’s threats. Ukraine wanted to look into this. They don’t like being used the way they have.
By the way, the Democrat National Committee used Ukraine to investigate the Trump campaign. That’s Paul Manafort like you cannot believe. And Andy McCarthy has the best ever written words on the subject. It’s a chapter in his book, Ball of Collusion. I read an excerpt of the chapter at National Review over the weekend, triangulating Manafort, Obama, Clinton, and Ukraine.
The Democrat National Committee colluded with Ukraine to come up with phony allegations against Manafort as a way of getting Trump. Ukraine’s in the middle of so much of this stuff because the Democrats have put them there! Then-Vice President Biden threatened and blackmailed Ukraine to stop investigating his son, Hunter.
Current President Trump suggests the Ukraine investigate Hunter Biden’s likely corrupt business arrangement that Ukraine originally wanted to prosecute before Biden threatened them if they did. Joe Biden has admitted that he meddled to get a Ukrainian prosecutor fired, but he denied knowing about his son’s business dealings.
But his own son, Hunter Biden, says his father did know about his business dealings. This is a much bigger problem when all of the confusion is stripped away, this a much bigger problem for Biden than it will ever be for Trump.
BREAK TRANSCRIPT
RUSH: Here is Biden. This is January 23rd, 2018, a year and a half ago. He’s at the Council on Foreign Relations, and he is bragging about how he influenced the prosecution in a case against his son in Ukraine. It goes by pretty quickly. It’s just 11 seconds, but here it is.
RUSH: Now, in Ukraine, let me jump back to this for a second ’cause I’m trying to put all this in perspective here without focusing on the, “Oh, my God. Trump’s in trouble, oh, my God. What are we gonna do?” ’cause I don’t think that’s the case here. I don’t feel any different about this than I did on Friday. He can talk to whoever he wants to. What this does is actually establish the intelligence community is spying on the guy. He’s been right all along.
He can talk to whoever he wants. Besides that, Biden did all of this stuff that Trump is accusing him of. Biden did it. We’ve got it on tape! We got Biden admitting all of this stuff. That’s why I think that Biden is actually gonna be the ultimate victim here.To read more, go here.
America has responded to the college admissions scandal with overwhelming disgust and outrage, and now there are growing demands for a re-evaluation of the college entrance process as a whole and for severe repercussions for wrongdoers.
Now of course, if it's a scandal involving mostly Hollywood celebs and rich liberal elites though, it has to be linked to Donald Trump, right? CNN made a pathetic attempt to couple the president with this nationwide admission scam. They never stop. I saw them, and I said, "Of course they did."
Well, the truth is, it was the Trump DOJ that busted this racket. The FBI paid actress Lori Loughlin an early morning visit on Wednesday, taking her into custody for her role in the fraud. She and her fashion designer husband Mossimo Giannulli allegedly shelled out half a million dollars in bribes to get their two daughters accepted at USC as recruits for the rowing team -- even though neither rowed crew. Both are out on bond.
But that brings us to the question of the students themselves who took part in this fraud. Now prosecutors indicated that most were unwitting participants. But maybe we should look at it this way. If a parent steals a car and then gives the car to his son, well, the son doesn't get to keep the car. Because once the crime is discovered, the car is impounded by the authorities and returned to its rightful owner.

TOKYO - The landmark Tokyo Skytree tower, facilities for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games and more government offices are among the nearly 1,000 buildings using earthquake shock absorbers produced by KYB Corp, which admitted cheating quality inspection data for more than a decade, officials said Wednesday.
The day after yet another quality control scandal by a Japanese company came to light, building owners across the country began checking their properties to see if they have KYB products installed and whether their inspection data can be trusted.
The Tokyo Skytree operator said it uses a KYB system for absorption and control during a seismic event and is now checking whether more devices manufactured by the company are used at the 634-meter tower in the Japanese capital's east.
LOS ANGELES — Harvey Weinstein is certainly not the first powerful man publicly and credibly accused of sexually harassing or abusing women in recent years.
Since 2015, the Fox News chairman Roger Ailes, the Fox News prime-time host Bill O’Reilly and the comedian and actor Bill Cosby have suffered professional, financial or reputational setbacks after numerous women told stories of their sexual misconduct.
Those stories dominated news cycles, to be sure, but the outcry accompanying Mr. Weinstein’s downfall seems louder and more impassioned — perhaps because Mr. Weinstein’s accusers include stars like Ashley Judd, Angelina Jolie and Gwyneth Paltrow.
“I think this is a watershed moment,” said the producer Gail Berman, who had top jobs at Paramount Pictures and the Fox network.
That became clear on Sunday, when Facebook, Instagram and Twitter were flooded with messages from women who used the hashtag #MeToo to acknowledge that they had dealt with sexual harassment or assault. The article then goes on to name the women who have come forward.
Accepting the 2005 Oscar he won for gaining a few pounds and being tortured in Syriana, George Clooney made the case for Hollywood as America’s moral conscience:
You know, we are a little bit out of touch in Hollywood every once in a while, I think. It’s probably a good thing. We’re the ones who talked about AIDS when it was just being whispered, and we talked about civil rights when it wasn’t really popular. And we, you know, we bring up subjects, we are the ones — this Academy, this group of people gave Hattie McDaniel an Oscar in 1939 when blacks were still sitting in the backs of theaters. I’m proud to be a part of this Academy, proud to be part of this community, and proud to be out of touch. And I thank you so much for this.
Leaving aside that, on the night she won her Oscar for Gone with the Wind, McDaniel was in fact made to sit away from her colleagues at a table against a far wall, where was Clooney’s moral conscience for the 20 years he was silent about the serial sexual predator who was running amok in his own industry? How can Clooney, Meryl Streep, and their peers continue to claim America’s moral high ground when they simply shrugged at what was going on with their pal Harvey Weinstein?
Their excuse — “We didn’t know” — doesn’t cut it. Clooney’s Ocean’s Eleven-Twelve-Thirteen costar Brad Pitt knew very well what Harvey Weinstein was up to. Pitt had once threatened to give Weinstein a “Missouri whooping” after the producer sexually harassed his then-girlfriend Gwyneth Paltrow in the 1990s. All of those months the pair spent on sets together, they never thought to compare notes on Weinstein’s behavior? Another Ocean’s buddy, Matt Damon, personally called up Sharon Waxman, then a New York Times reporter, to intercede against a story that would have been unflattering to Weinstein. Was Damon also not curious about what was going on with his producer-mentor? Did Damon also never talk to Pitt on the set of the Ocean’s movies? Or on the set of The Departed, which Pitt produced and Damon starred in? Or maybe in between takes on Happy Feet 2, in which Pitt and Damon played a zany pair of gay crustaceans? While actresses were being victimized, the Hollywood stars with the "moral conscience" just sat by silently, saying and doing nothing.
French actress Lea Seydoux joins a growing list of women who say Harvey Weinstein tried to initiate an unwanted sexual encounter with her. Writing in the Guardian she says Weinstein demanded to meet her for drinks after a fashion show. She says he kept looking her over “as if I was a piece of meat.” She was invited up to his room and went. After a female assistant was dismissed, Weinstein literally pounced:
We were talking on the sofa when he suddenly jumped on me and tried to kiss me. I had to defend myself. He’s big and fat, so I had to be forceful to resist him. I left his room, thoroughly disgusted. I wasn’t afraid of him, though. Because I knew what kind of man he was all along.
Seydoux says she saw Weinstein making similar moves on a young actress at a subsequent event. “That’s the most disgusting thing,” she writes, “Everyone knew what Harvey was up to and no one did anything. It’s unbelievable that he’s been able to act like this for decades and still keep his career.”Just like the Nazis on trial in Nuremberg, they knew.
“GODDAMNIT! I TOLD HIM TO STOP DOING THAT” you said that to my face. The press conf I was made to go to after assault. You lie.

Since the establishment of the first studios a century ago, there have been few movie executives as dominant, or as domineering, as Harvey Weinstein. As the co-founder of the production-and-distribution companies Miramax and the Weinstein Company, he helped to reinvent the model for independent films, with movies such as “Sex, Lies, and Videotape,” “The English Patient,” “Pulp Fiction,” “The Crying Game,” “Shakespeare in Love,” and “The King’s Speech.” Beyond Hollywood, he has exercised his influence as a prolific fund-raiser for Democratic Party candidates, including Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. Weinstein combined a keen eye for promising scripts, directors, and actors with a bullying, even threatening, style of doing business, inspiring both fear and gratitude. His movies have earned more than three hundred Oscar nominations, and, at the annual awards ceremonies, he has been thanked more than almost anyone else in movie history, just after Steven Spielberg and right before God.
For more than twenty years, Weinstein has also been trailed by rumors of sexual harassment and assault. This has been an open secret to many in Hollywood and beyond, but previous attempts by many publications, including The New Yorker, to investigate and publish the story over the years fell short of the demands of journalistic evidence. Too few people were willing to speak, much less allow a reporter to use their names, and Weinstein and his associates used nondisclosure agreements, monetary payoffs, and legal threats to suppress these myriad stories. Asia Argento, an Italian film actress and director, told me that she did not speak out until now—Weinstein, she told me, forcibly performed oral sex on her—because she feared that Weinstein would “crush” her. “I know he has crushed a lot of people before,” Argento said. “That’s why this story—in my case, it’s twenty years old; some of them are older—has never come out.”
Last week, the New York Times, in a powerful report by Jodi Kantor and Megan Twohey, revealed multiple allegations of sexual harassment against Weinstein, a story that led to the resignation of four members of his company’s all-male board, and to Weinstein’s firing from the company.
Since news broke Monday that the Obama Administration's National Security Adviser, Susan Rice, directed the "unmasking" of NSA intercepts of Trump associates, CNN has raced to shoot down the blockbuster report.
CNN Tonight's Don Lemon went so far as to announce he would ignore the news at all costs.
While interviewing a Democratic congressman, CNN's Chris Cuomo claimed it was "demonstrably untrue" Rice sought surveillance of the Trump team, even as that's exactly what yesterday's reports prove.
Over the last 24 hours, the network has also repeatedly called on its chief national security correspondent, Jim Sciutto, to dismiss the reports as a non-story; Sciutto has even excused Rice claiming ignorance of the unmasking scandal two weeks ago, arguing Rice "wasn't aware" what unmasking Rep. Devin Nunes (D-Calif.) was referring to.
And on Tuesday's "New Day," anchor Alisyn Camerota openly pleaded with Sen. John McCain to write-off the news as unimportant.
Last night, Lemon began "CNN Tonight" with an announcement that the Rice report a "fake scandal ginned up by right-wing media and Trump" that he would not be baited into justifying with coverage.
