Our favorite and most impressive technique is the Rack Jack system, which allows us to move entire racking rows across a warehouse without dismantling. The time this saves can be staggering.
Eventually what goes up, must come down. Our crews have refined processes for dismantling equipment with extreme efficiency. We take extra care not to damage your facility or the equipment. Most storage equipment is reusable, so stacking and banding for the next stage is important to our process. If you no longer need your equipment, we may be able to purchase it from you.
If you are moving to a new facility, we can help plan and execute the move of your material handling equipment. Having one crew to dismantle, palletize, ship, unload, and reinstall cuts down on mistakes and down time. If you have excess components, we may even be able to purchase them. Everything is coordinated to get your operations back up to full speed.
Uprights are especially susceptible to damage. “Rack Repair kits” are a great alternative to replacing entire uprights. We start with a safety survey to identify damage. Then our specialists cut out the damaged portion of your upright, replacing it with a fully engineered kit specified for your existing system and product loads. Repairs can be done without dismantling your pallet racking row, which means less down time.

Our designers consider a myriad of factors, including warehouse dimensions, forklift style, and product size. We offer one free warehouse layout with qualifying quotations.
