Approval records a person’s decision. It does not certify the insurance or its cover.
01 / The working process
A file arriving
is only the first step.
A folder of emailed PDFs cannot tell you what is still valid today. Here the requirement, the file and your decision stay together, with the date they run out. A new upload waits for your review before it counts as approved.

Ask for what you need.
Add a trader and the document you require, or import your existing list from CSV. You choose the requirements.

Give the trader a private link.
They can submit a PDF, JPEG or PNG without creating an account. Revoke the link when it is no longer needed.

Review, then keep the history.
Approve or reject the submitted version yourself. Track expiry dates and see reminders in your workspace.
02 / In the pilot
Free pilot.
No dressing it up.
The pilot is free while capacity lasts. Here is what works, and what does not yet.
What works today
- A workspace for your event, with email and password sign-in.
- 100 suppliers, 100 requirements and 250 MiB per workspace.
- PDF, JPEG and PNG up to 5 MB, every upload kept as a version.
- A private upload link. Your supplier needs no account and you can revoke the link.
- Your approval or rejection recorded with the date, plus an activity log.
- CSV import for up to 100 rows, and CSV or JSON export of everything.
What it cannot do yet
- It sends no email to suppliers. You send the link and the reminder.
- Password recovery is handled by hand at support@arling.sk.
- It does not judge the document. Cover, validity and authenticity stay your call.
- The workspace and the supplier portal are in English only.
- There is no automatic deletion. We delete a workspace on request.

Who stands behind it
- Operator

- Where your data sits
- On ARLing’s own server in the European Union. The application uses no external AI APIs and no third-party analytics.
- Export and deletion
- You download your records yourself as CSV or JSON, and each file separately. Workspace deletion and data requests are handled on request.
- Who answers you
- Andrej, support@arling.sk. Write in English, Slovak or German.
Does Renewals check insurance or legal compliance?
No. It records documents, dates and your review decision. You remain responsible for assessing authenticity, cover and any requirements that apply to your event.
Will it email my traders automatically?
No. The current pilot creates internal reminders in the workspace. You decide when and how to share a supplier link.
Where should I put real documents?
Upload files inside your signed-in workspace or through its private supplier link. Only upload documents you are entitled to share. The public example uses fictional records. No automatic deletion; contact support@arling.sk for data requests.
What does the pilot cost, and what happens after it?
The capacity-limited pilot is free. No card, automatic renewal or payment. There is no price yet and no payment starts without your separate agreement. If we ever ended the pilot, we would write to your email first and you would export your records yourself.
What if my supplier forwards the link?
The link is private, but it is not a login. Anyone holding it can upload a file to that one requirement. Send it only to the person who provides the document, and revoke it once the file arrives. Who uploaded and when stays in the activity log.
