Product is great, no problem there, but the delivery was 2 days before we asked for it. Sometimes people are not in when the order arrives, and this item was left on the doorstep, in full view of the road. We had to arrange for a neighbour to move it.
While we appreciate you are exceeding your delivery expectations, you are certainly giving people headaches regarding acceptance. In the photo sent after delivery, the item wasn't even in the picture and we had to get confirmation from our neighbour that it was actually there. Would love to upload the photo sent.
