If I could score zero I would. This company is absolutely shambles. We put our house up for sale with the Telford branch, didn’t hear a thing from anyone for the first 3 weeks of it being on the market, we had to call them. The marketing was non existent, just put on Rightmove, communication was non existent unless we contacted them. Viewings were extremely low due to no marketing being completed.
The final straw with this company was when Lisa the branch manager lied to my husband. Absolutely shocking behaviour.
After moving our house to a professional estate agent we sold within 7 days for full asking price.
