Hi the staff at Freedom have been awesome. They helped us through everything dumbed it down so we understood the what and why.
Natalia Togia was awesome. She rang us every other day to give us progress reports and helped us through the process made sure we were on track to settlement day and rang around if we were unsure. So thank you again we brought a rental.

Samantha and Carl Utupo will guide you step by step throug the nerve racking procees of aquaring an investment property in such a reasurring way that you feel being supported and looked after!! No question was left ununswered!! Great team and very higly recomended!! G & D

Steer clear of this company...They over promise and under deliver. I followed their advice to the letter and now have a house that is just too far out of Melbourne to attract a tenant. If rented, the rental income will be at least $300 short of the weekly mortgage payments. I cant sell because the average market value of the house they built is $50K short of what thepayout is. Stay away from them.

Freedom Property Investors have been amazing! We started with watching the online webinar and had great appreciation for Scott & Liana’s stories. Seeing that they came from humble beginnings, not born into riches, yet how super successful they are, really stood out to us! Also, the fact Scott originally lived in Liverpool (not far from us - C’town represent 😂) made it seem more relatable and achievable!!

We tried to get into investing 3x - 3rd time was the charm! The first 2x we were so hungry for investing but we just weren’t in a position to (1st time I was on mat leave, 2nd time we had our hands tied up w our build for our family home) and both times our $$$ paid, was refunded straight away. However 3rd time round we were in a position to invest, so we did!! 😃

With Freedom, every question was answered!! All things explained!! We found the team of people who assisted us went above and beyond to support us in achieving our goal! They were with us every step of the way!! Aside from a few obstacles leading up to settlement (not because of Freedom), it was honestly the smoothest/easiest process!! 🙏🏼

I showed interest in this platform and now I regret it, let's face it we all want to better our lives and when something comes along that looks good and peaks our interest we reach out but life can get in the way and in my case it is my job being a 24hr care 6.5days a week can take its toll, but when you have an aggressive company like this incessantly calling all day every day from various numbers because NOT INTERESTED just doesn't seem to make it clear enough, I recieved over 100 missed calls in 24hrs even blocking there numbers as they use various ones doesn't seem to stop them, I've even tried taking my number off the calling list for parisites like these, Yes I call them Parisites what else could you call them, just this week alone I have recieved another 100 missed calls, now I'm reluctant to answer any mobile number on the off chance its another Freedom Property Investor salesman want to harass me even more than they have done already, this is beyond harassment and something needs to be done.

30+ phone calls from this company! It is now beyond a joke. Wouldn't buy from them if they where selling Ferrari's for a dollar now. Unsubscribing from Scott's YouTube channel also.

Totally harass you. Use multiple numbers to call on and when you tell them no the first time they ring 5 times a day on a different number. Been going on for a week now.

Outrageously overpriced properties were sold, on average about 100K more than its worth. Freedom is a scam, you get sold by $3000 signup fee without knowing the outrages hidden margin baked into the purchase price. Please take extra care that you will end up loosing the deposit not being able to pay the difference of actual value vs the purchase price on average about 100K. Scott does not respond to any inquiries in relation to rip off.

After leaving a negative review Freedom reached out Asking for me to take a call from the incompetent manager.
Still waiting for the call 2 weeks later and he wonders why he gets negative reviews. Seems freedom is loosing its touch

We feel the need to write a couple of reviews to ensure we put forward special mentions to people who have gone beyond the call with us securing our first investment . Our first shout out is towards Tim Heggen (we feel like he’s a part of our family ). He has kept us on our toes even beyond his part of the quest, when Suri has needed for us to get back to her within a timeframe - Tim has cracked the whip and made it happen by getting in touch and making things happen. When we’ve needed explanations - he’s answered our calls and walked us through it. Cannot thank this man enough - genuine , personable and someone you can always turn to when you need his help, guidance , insight And a laugh . You’ll want to take him out for dinner .
Robyn Lorregian - another saviour in our venture - thank you so much for keeping us up to date and ensuring we cross our T’s and dot the i’s - and your patience - nothing too hard for this champion and you can tell she’s still smiling even when we’ve thrown curve balls or needed further insight when we haven’t understood something - she got us there .
Suri Suri Suri - thank you for your haaaaard work and patience (and we’ve tested you at times ….. Paul more so than Astrid 🤣) thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support and help. We appreciate everything you’ve done for us.

SCAM!! They won’t stop calling me multiple times a day on different numbers! Do not give your details to them!!!!!

I joined Freedom a few years ago, and they agreed to assist me in purchasing a house in Brisbane. After a couple of years, they informed me that the builder had cancelled the contract due to a sundown clause. During that time, property prices in Brisbane increased significantly, and I lost my opportunity to buy.

In 2023, Freedom persuaded me to purchase a one-bedroom unit in Melbourne, claiming that its value was much higher. However, I feel trapped, as the value of this property remains below the purchase price. I am losing my superannuation funds every day while paying the mortgage, as rental income is considerably lower and my other bills and administrative fees exceed $250 /month.

Now, I want to escape this situation, but no one from Freedom has contacted me since. They will tell you that they conduct research on locations where property values are expected to rise. I suggest you do your own research and make purchases independently. You may find that no one will be there to assist you, especially not Freedom. That has been my experience.

I paid the full fee several years ago but never received the service I was promised. After payment was made, there were no follow-ups, no further recommendations, and no meaningful communication from the team. It feels as though once they collected the full payment, they lost all interest in assisting their clients.
Very disappointing business practices. Despite this poor experience, they continue to promote their services on YouTube without addressing the concerns of existing customers.

I am writing this to share my disappointment with the service provided by the business. After making my initial payment and sitting down with a broker, it became clear that the properties being offered do not align with the benefits promoted in their advertisements.
The ads heavily promote high-upside opportunities and specific benefits, but the actual "House and Land" packages presented to me felt like standard market stock without the significant investment upside I was led to expect. Despite paying for their expertise, the firm was unable to source properties that matched the "gold standard" or high-growth potential advertised.
It feels like there is a significant gap between their marketing team and the reality of the properties they have on their books. If you are looking for unique, high-yield investment types, be cautious, as the inventory I was shown didn't seem to offer the growth or benefits promised in the initial sales funnel.

I bought three properties, one was cancelled and the other two delayed for four years with zero value gains. It's better to work with a team where transparency and liquidity are the standard not just marketing terms. This is exactly why I moved my mandate over to CVE Capital. Real stewardship means having total control and receiving trustworthy advice and that's the level the CVE framework provides.

SCammers call 10+ times aday looked for a name not me, never told them my name, call from numerous numbers, Have now blocked about 30 numbers

Why does a reputable company/business need to call people 10+ times a day for a sale? Red flag! Be aware and I would advise use your logic and stay away.
