Despite paying for their expertise, the firm was unable to source properties that matched the "gold standard" or high-growth potential advertised.
It feels like there is a significant gap between their marketing team and the reality of the properties they have on their books. If you are looking for unique, high-yield investment types, be cautious, as the inventory I was shown didn't seem to offer the growth or benefits promised in the initial sales funnel.
