Very friendly staff, spoke to Mike from customer services was very polite and friendly.

Although their quote wasn't the cheapest the advisor I spoke to was mike who was very helpful and explained all the information in easy terms. He also made the whole process so easy by explaining the differences and answered all my questions in a polite and professional manner. No hard selling like some of the other companies I've dealt with. He made me feel like an idividual and that my buisness was appreciated. Not just another quotee. Thanks Mike for all your help.

Quote is changing once they get access to direct online direct payments. The one before I don't particularly like doing business with third parties in this case will be the broker because I was quoted at one price and less than 2weeks later in the quote making a payment giving them access to my account the quote clearly changed to a higher amount information was not correct on policy they listened me27 years old when im currently 56 years old I have a very good driving record so I don't understand why my insurance is higher than someone 70 years old who drives every day
