Samsung washer very unstable moves while Operation.
Dryer doesn't dry. After 4months. They do not stand behind their product. Still under warranty but claim its the instalation. Then come install it....basically every technition i brought my
self couldn't fix it. Not even home depot would help!!! Never again samsung is garbage. I had a LG lasted 12yrs no problem. They claim there is no ai code the machine is giving.....wtf

They should stay out of refrigerator business they've been to my house seven times and haven't fixed the issue. I've explained to them what the issue was but they had never addressed it the cost of the issue is a third of what the refrigerator is worth.

Bought cooler 5 yrs ago , have had it fixed 3 times now all the screws are rusted and falling out

I purchased a Samsung refrigerator in 2015 after we did some renos in our house. The refrigerator has given us a lot of problems with the ice maker but overall happy with it and looks really nice in our kitchen. The problem I have is that each shelve is cracked except for one and this started after we had the fridge for 5 years. My husband has duct tape them which looks horrible when you open the door. I called Samsung and each shelve costs over$60.00 so probably cheaper to replace the fridge because I don't know how much longer the fridge will last before it breaks down. I asked if i could get a discount on the shelves and the answer was no. Poor quality and cheaply made.

I would never recommend a samsung microwave. Purchased on 11/05/23, the defective product was in for repair three times. It has now stopped working 12 days after the expiration of the warranty. Absolute garbage product.

I can't believe I bought a Samsung Smart oven. It is far too complicated.
The instruction manual is only on line and is a huge document. I don't have the means to download as I've only got my mobile phone. Reading the stuff is impossible with my eyesight in my late 70s. Also I'm unable to print from my phone...
It's so frustrating. Is there anyway that a hard copy of instructions can be posted please ? I have been trying to use this oven properly for at least 8 weeks. Thanks.

Order PL250422-50088426. Installments were approved and the payment was transferred, yet Samsung kept stalling me on chat for 5 days and then cancelled the order without any explanation. Is this what customer service looks like in 2025?

Samsung.pl or com website is very unstable. Not able to navigate through the website as the system is very slow. Tried to register my product (to obtain a free set of tools), but the Samsung manufacture was asking for a lot of pictures (as a prove of purchase) but also was asking to write an opinion of the product just purchased. Surely, opinion will be or should be based on a number of weeks of the product usage.
Anyway, as I was going through the register process, suddenly I was logged out and all the data provided earlier was lost! Unbelievable!
Samsung, please do get your IT developers and testers on board!

We are an IT reseller. From time to time we sell TVs. We resold a TV to a government department. The box came in and looked fine but after opening up the box and turning on the TV, the TV is full of cracks. This TV was not damaged in shipping. It was damaged when it was built and perhaps while preparing for shipment. Samsung won't stand behind their product with repair or a warranty. Buy another TV from another manufacturer not Samsung. They don't care about customers or resellers.

Avoid Samsung TV’s!! All TV channels gone! Scanning options non functional! Overall a complete waste of time and tech!

Firstly I have bought Samsung products for a very long time and they have always been excellent and one time a problem..and it was sorted right away.SOOOO I deceided to replace my Apple phone to a Samsung..all very good and have been very pleased with it.Suddenly last week I had to scan something and I now have a pink line from the top to base..told by two companies including Samsung that happens sometimes when scanning!! It will cost $400 dollars to replace the screen. If this isnt a design fault I dont know what is. I will not use that product again if this is the answer.I am an older woman and treat my phone well.

I have had a Samsung inbuilt oven for just under two years. It needed a repair and was still in warranty. I called them to fix it and the guy said yes, it would be done under warranty. However, a day later I got an email to say I had misused it so it wasn’t covered. Misuse meaning a bit of food had been found on the outside of the fan. The oven was very clean. Samsung won’t cover for the repair so the warranty is worth nothing. Please be aware when purchasing a Samsung product. They will not honour the warranty. I think Samsung wanted me to open up the door to clean it , whilst cooking as the accidental spillage stopped the fan working. If the oven can’t cope with cooking spillages while cooking, is the oven fit for purpose? No it isn’t, oven can’t cope with spillages whilst in use.

Disaster completely distressed to the stage when I have to to the theraphy !!

I bought Samsung Galazy S23 in the Samsung shop in Poznan. I was very happy with service provided by the sales person. He helped me to trade in my previous device, select a case for a new one and explained the details regarding promo which I originally understood wrong. Device itself is much better than previous ones in S series. Samsung fixed NFC issues, added new functions to the keyboard which I appreciate a lot and added to possibility to customized a lot of things.

I bought a Samsung Galaxy A53 5 G one week ago and installed everything according to the manual, and the phone was working perfect until this morning the 7th March where it was blocked, i try to unblock it according to the manual and i have been working in the Mobile business for 10 years so i know what i am doing regarding mobile phones, but everything was blocked and i decided to go to Samsung service center here in Warsaw Poland as there should be some kind of guarantee after only using the phone 7 days. Samsung told me they could unlock my phone but i have to pay for that the amount of 49 polish zloty and it will take 10 minutes to do it for Samsung I informed Samsung about the Guarantee but they informed me if i want to have the phone unlocked i had to pay so i did that, and i found out that i was not the only customer in the shop with this problem, so it is good business for Samsung but u think it is again the sales law in EU, I will not recommend anyone to buy a Samsung A53 in Poland. EU law stipulates that you must give the consumer a minimum 2-year guarantee (legal guarantee) as a protection against faulty goods, or goods that don't look or work as advertised. In some countries national law may require you to provide longer guarantees.
