Under Swedish consumer protection law (Distance Contracts Act), you have 14 days’ right of withdrawal from the date the agreement is concluded and confirmed in writing. If a cancellation request is submitted within that period, it should of course be processed accordingly.

Trygg seems like a SPAMMER !! They use tele marketer to sale their products. They called my father-in-law and sold the service for 1 year binding contract where as he was having an active internet service already from tele2. My father-in-law is having zero knowledge about internet and neither understands any of this . He thought this is something related to his current internet service and agreed on it . Trygg is saying this is as verbal or oral contract ! But I have no idea how can it be a oral contract ? We have communicated several time with them over email and telephone but they have no solution !

We appreciate your feedback and would like to clarify the situation. The agreement initially began with a phone conversation, after which the contract was sent in writing and signed by the customer. The contract clearly stated the service start date, in line with the agreement made during the call.
However, after it was misunderstood that there was still a binding period with Tele2, we decided to credit the issued invoices based on a new agreement with the customer. We also postponed our service start date to ensure the customer does not pay double during this period.

I feel cheated and scammed by your company TRYGG. When they called me they told me that I could cancel at any time without penalty, and if another company offered me a lower price, they would match/cover the same amount. but when I called today I couldn't cancel my contract because I would have to pay a 2-year fine(they never toldme that). Furthermore, they wouldn't cover the value of other companies because according to them I need to send a screenshot of the offer but I sent it and they haven't accepted it yet. I have 2 companies that offer me a lower price.
I demand that they cancel my subscription with TRYGG without fines. Or that lower the price and cover the value of other companies as they promised me. If not, this company is false advertising !
