Deceitful Practices and Worst Customer Service
Worst customer service, deceitful practices, and continual issues.
Ordered an item with priority overnight as I needed it immediately (paid $42 for shipping for a $160 item), then they changed my shipping method to ground without my approval (note: this violates the FTC "Mail or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule" -- specifically, "If you can't ship when promised, you must notify the customer of the delay and the right to cancel." -- which they did not.
They have their product (they were able to divert it during transport with FedEx), but I am yet to receive a refund - not even on the shipping they didn't honor. Worst customer service, and if you call them, you will be sent to an overseas call center.
Per their response to my review -- they have not refunded the full amount, and even what they communicated in their "processing" email was different than what was received by my financial insitutiation.
