Who are we?
- Audinc Netherlands B.V., based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce 88504301) — responsible for the webshop, sales and customer service.
- Audinc International Ltd, based in Paphos, Cyprus — our own lab, where your products are made to measure.
Wherever these terms say “Audinc”, “we” or “us”, we mean these two companies together.
Using the website
Our website exists to inform you, let you book an appointment or place an order. So please use it for that. What we would rather not see: hacking, scraping, spreading viruses or bringing the place down. We are fans of silence, but a website that has fallen silent is not the kind we mean.
The information on this site
We compile all texts, prices and specifications with care. Even so, the occasional slip can creep in — we are only human, with two ears each. No rights can therefore be derived from obvious errors, such as a clearly incorrect price. Something not right? Let us know and we will fix it quickly.
One more important thing: the information on this site is intended as guidance on hearing protection and sleeping comfort, not as medical advice. Troubled by your ears or your hearing? Then see your doctor or audiologist. Please do.
Orders and appointments
If you buy something from us or book an appointment, our general terms and conditions apply. Worth knowing: custom products are made specially for your ears, which means different rules apply to returns than for standard products. Those terms explain exactly how that works.
Intellectual property
All texts, photos, videos and logos on this site belong to Audinc or to our partners. Like our products, they are made to measure. Which means a copy never quite fits. Would you like to reuse or share something of ours beyond normal private use? Just ask — chances are we will say yes.
Links to other websites
Sometimes we link to other people’s websites because we think they will be useful to you. We have no influence over the content of those sites and are not responsible for it. So do apply your own critical eye there.
Liability
We do our utmost to keep the website safe, current and available. Even so, we cannot guarantee that everything always works flawlessly. We are not liable for damage arising from use of the website or from inaccuracies in the information, unless that damage results from intent or gross negligence on our part. Your statutory rights as a consumer of course remain fully intact.

We may adjust these terms from time to time, for instance when the website or the law changes. You will always find the current version on this page. This version dates from 1 August 2026.
Governing law
These terms of use are governed by Dutch law. If we cannot resolve something together — though we can hardly imagine it — the competent Dutch court will settle the matter. If you are a consumer, this does not affect the mandatory protection of the law of your country of residence, nor your right to bring proceedings before the court of that country.
