Ann Donio is a magistrate judge of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Donio assumed office on March 24, 2003.

In 2019, Donio was reappointed to an eight-year term set to expire in March 2027.[1]

Education

Judge Donio earned her law degree from Rutgers School of Law-Camden. She has also taught as an adjunct professor at this school.[2]

Career

Judge Donio began her career as a law clerk for U.S. District Judge Joseph Rodriguez in New Jersey. She worked as a private practice lawyer until her appointment to the U.S. District Court in 2003.[2]
