Noelle C. Collins
Noelle C. Collins is a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. She first joined the court on December 1, 2013.[1]
Biography
Early life and education
Collins earned her B.S. from Northwestern University in 1993 and her M.S. two years later from the same school. She earned her J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2001.[2]
