John Caskie Collet (1898-1955) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit.

He was nominated by President Harry Truman on April 30, 1947 to replace Kimbrough Stone. He was confirmed by the Senate on July 8th, and received commission on July 9th. He served until his death on December 5, 1955.[1] Collet was succeeded in this position by Roy Winfield Harper.

John Collet previously served on the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.

He was nominated by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt on March 9, 1937 to a seat created by 49 Stat. 1804. He was confirmed by the Senate on March 15th, and received commission on March 20th. He served in this position until July 11, 1947.[1] Collet was succeeded in this position by Roy Winfield Harper.
