Rubey Hulen
Rubey Mosley Hulen (1894-1956) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
Hulen was nominated by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt on July 8, 1943, to a seat vacated by Charles B. Davis; he was confirmed by the Senate on July 8, 1943, and received commission on July 14. He served until his death on July 7, 1956. Hulen was succeeded in this position by Randolph Weber.
