This is one of the best sets in the city range. its hard to fault any of the 2007 range, but this just has nice clever touches that make it a 5/5. There are the usual gripes about stickers / it doesnt really fit the roadplates scale, but the rotating mechanism is good and the fins inside making the 'concrete' come out are just really nice extra features. The best construction set so far.

Its a great set and one of the best trucks available at the moment and i thought good value for money. Its got loads of great detail and the 6 wide size just seems to work really well in this set for an airport. as usual ggggrrrrhhh stickers! but other than that its top dog!

Its a good design and great value for money at 65p, i agree with other review...an old style feel to it design wise....same historical problem with fire extinguisher though....it doesnt fit in the box...doh! I like the curves at the back with the 2 x1 trans blue tile 'light'. I think the driver might struggle at night with blue headlights though. all round 4/5

Ok i accept its not the best set realization and its not very realistic, but that misses the point.

Value for money : - No1 this is excellent, 2 minifigs, lots of tools, a train carriage, lots of cool bits and pieces.

Playability : It does work, i have tried it with everything from 7740, 4558, and the recent battery sets and they all work just great...ok we knoe that real train cleaners dont have two carts etc and tend to be in a big shed... but if you want realism, you would have to pay for it! But its a really neat clever little functioning set, that works, that you can play with and you can build lots of other sets with.

It is a great fun set overall, my 3 and 5 year old nephews can even play with it, without breaking too many bits off ( antennas, outboard motor on dingy ). Grrhh stickers again! - one of the few gripes on all of the city range, but its a very playable set and relatively robust, with lots of nice features. The motor is good, a bit cheap looking, but its a good value for money set - so you cant really complain. It is a great set, but not a brilliant set.
