9 day ago I ordered product which was…
9 day ago I ordered product which was dispatched the next day. The package never arrived and according to the tracking code the product was not yet pick up my the gls. Would order again, thanks. But I already received 5 marketing rubbish emails from boozt. That is called priorities. Contacted the customer service but no response.

It is unfortunate that you did not receive your order, and we are sorry for the inconvenience on the delivery of your parcel. I can see that you contacted us, but since we were closed during the public Holidays with Christmas, it took a bit longer for us to get back to you.
As soon as we noticed that there was an issue with your order we processed your full refund. My colleague also contacted you with a solution to this situation and it should be solved now.
