The sessions does not even go for 30 minutes. Recommended excercise are good. At times I feel rushed session but overall the result is helping me and effective.

Hi, thank you for the review. I'm glad to hear that you got good help and exercises from Lisa, but I understand if you feel that the first visit is a little short of time, there are lot´s of things to go through during the first visit.

Free shipping is just for name, you are charging customers anyway 395 SEK. Packaging was not that good and boxes had lots of scrateches. Address in DHL Delivery guy was wrong and he took the boxes to two apartments ahead. He was kind and helped me to move them to near by my apartment.
Worst quality of the product that does not even lasts 3-4 years.
