The sessions does not even go for 30 minutes. Recommended excercise are good. At times I feel rushed session but overall the result is helping me and effective.

I understand that you had specific expectations for a "full-body adjustment" and those "satisfying cracks," and I regret that the experience did not meet them.
As chiropractors, we have a clear focus: to address dysfunctions and restricted mobility that can lead to pain or discomfort. Our approach is to be selective and only adjust the joints that need it, based on a thorough examination. Adjusting parts that are already moving optimally is not only unnecessary but is also not in line with evidence-based chiropractic treatment.
We offer a targeted treatment to ensure the highest possible standard of care, even if it means we don't perform adjustments on every body part solely for the sake of the 'crack'.

Alex has been an absolute lifesaver! He’s been incredibly patient and understanding, listening to my long history of problems that still bother me. During our visit, he gave me instant relief from my hip and lower back pain, and he even gave me some treatment to continue at home. As our sessions go on, my treatments at home are becoming more comprehensive, and I’m noticing less pain in the areas that are bothering me. In turn this is definitely helping lift my mental state.

Cured my shoulder pain
I had pain with my shoulder for about 10 months, met doctor, and others, and no one could fix it, and it is irritating. I met Jonas at Joylife, and he tried to explain that the pain came from a back-bone that is mis-aligned little, and he correct it with a few attempts. Right after the treatment, I felt a relief and it started to cure with less pain. I had also seek for doctors at the same time, but I feel that the pain was mostly relieved because of Jonas' treatment with my back bone.

Good physiotherapy, poor web booking system.
The physio is really good and has helped me a lot.
I did have an issue with the cancellation of bookings, which I mentioned to my physio yesterday.
One thing is that the cancellation option is right at the very bottom of the page and almost hidden. The second was that my booking simply did not display, despite that I had had a reminder on my phone. Some kind of bug. I hold it positively that you read this feedback and respond, and I hope that the booking cancellations can work more smoothely in the future. Really they should be shown alongside and made as simple and as easy as making the booking itself. Still positive that you are responding, Thanks!

Lisa makes me feel I’m in good hands
Lisa is passionate on her job and very well trained at her skills. Always greets you with a huge smile. Since day one I felt that she knew what she was doing. She Knew how to handle my body even though I am a bit bigger than her. I leave noticeably happy every time I have a session. Some sessions are workout explanations and some are cracking.
