I had a problem with a crack in the frame in the original Apollo City 2022 model. I bought it after market. Despite it being 2 years old and not originally bought from Apollo, I checked with Apollo support and they immediately sent me a brand new City 2024. Amazing support model - owning up to original design issues and doing what they can to resolve.

Apollo Air is a Beast!

The Apollo Air is smooth, powerful, and super easy to get set up and start riding! I rode it for 18 miles the other day and still had 30% battery left!

It also fights up hills at 15MPH with a top speed of 23MPH, which is perfect for me for the trips I take with it.

The design is extremely sleek and super functional. Love how it stores so easily in my garage and does not take up a lot of space.

The app is fantastic too, which shows your MPH, you can plan your trips, manage battery life, and much more (Like locking the scooter in place).

If you are looking for a reliable, beautifully designed scooter, the Apollo AIr is absolutely for you! Try it out!

Great Customer Services and Strong Built escooters. QC is the only thing that needs to be more strictly done, thats why I didnt gave 5 start. Other than this its a great Escooter Brand. 4 Stars!

The Apollo City 2024 it’s great overall. I find it to be the perfect combo of power and stability while keeping the weight of the unit reasonable enough to actually commute with. Regen braking is great as it saves your drum brakes. Regen helps add a couple of miles and is strong enough I rarely use the drum brake. Setting up the ride in the app is simple.

Went with the Apollo Go and it’s great overall. I find it to be the perfect combo of power and stability while keeping the weight of the unit reasonable enough to actually commute with. Regen braking is great as it saves your rear drum brake but I wish both were stronger on this unit which is probably more of a factor at my weight. Currently I take it to work (2 mi) and most of it fits tucked by my desk in a cubicle. It’s great for local errands and I would even consider lugging it up or down a flight of stairs for the train in certain situations. Overall the build quality and experience has been great and to my understanding there is a local shop authorized to repair Apollo units in the NYC area which is comforting. Would love to see the wireless charging removed from the Pro model brought into the Phantom 2.0 and all units with quad lock moving forward.

I honnestly dont regret going with the brand apollo. The product feels premium and rides great. One of the features that made me choose apollo is the regen brake and i wasnt disapointed, its really smooth plus there is less maintenance on the actual breakes. Would totally recommend to anyone. The only reason i gave 4 stars is mine came in damaged and i had to replace some parts but the support was great. I had no problems getting the parts shipped to me for free

Recently purchased an Apollo City 2024... and it's wonderful. Makes commuting to work convenient, speedy, and safe. I do wish there was a bit more power for hitting 35 mph city streets, or maybe a slightly wider tire for increased stability; BUT it really is a solid platform and has exceeded my expectations thus far. Hopefully, she and I will have a nice long life.

Recently bought the Phantom V4X.
Scooter had on-time shipping and timely notifications.
Provided signature requirement for their Apollo Ship+ program.
Scooter arrived with no defects.

Performs great on roads, better than expected.
Scooter came with Standard charger, QC check card, extra parts, tools, and easy to follow instructions/maintenance guide.

Highly recommend the scooter for those who want extra power without the hassle of shipping, lack of parts, and issues about build quality.

This review is about Jin, they were amazing at helping me fix my little mishap I had with my scooter. Even though it was a small issue and there were probably bigger issues to tend to Jin helped me super quick from when I sent the email to the support team Jin had me on my way within 10 minutes amazing help and customer service!

So far I like this scooter. Compared to my old Segway E22, this thing hauls ass and rides smooth. There are a few things though I don’t like. It has this weird thing where it guides the steering column into the straight position and kind of pops in. At slow speeds on turns you really notice it and it can give the scooter the wobbles. Also, even after only putting about 20 miles on it, the front suspension spring is starting to squeak. Finally, my hands and feet get sore after riding for a while. The board is a little skinny and short so my size 12 shoes hang over and the torque pulling against my hands while trying to work the controls with my thumbs leaves them sore too. Other than that I haven’t really had any problems and it’s super fun to ride.

Been waiting months and months for upgrades for my scooter which they promised me near the beginning of the year. Owned the Apollo Pro for nearly a year and literally haven’t ridden it 10 meters because they released a bunch of upgrade parts for safety which doesn’t give me a whole lot of confidence to ride it before the stuff arrives. Which it probably never will because they do not respond to your emails unless you come on here writing a bad review

Riding my 2023 Apollo City scooter is like floating on clouds & cornering on rails! Unreal soft suspension, great easy to use App & Re Gen brakes are brillant!! Very impressed with the build quality as well. No wonder Apollo has won numerous awards! I also really like their online store for accessories as they have a loyalty points rewards program to keep coming!!

I’ve previously owned a Segway Ninebot G30 Max & a Bogist C1 Pro - let me say that Apollo City blows these two scooters away! Acutally they don’t even come close.. Thank you to the Apollo team for putting a smile on my face every time I ride my City dual motor scooter!!!

The scooter is very solidly built and feels bullet-proof. It is a very enjoyable ride. All the controls operate smoothly and are easy to access. I would definitely purchase this scooter again. While the scooter is great, I will say the documentation / videos are somewhat lacking. As an example, finding the preset faculty lock code should be very easy, but a hunt is necessary.

I love how easy it is to order from Apollo and I decided order from Apollo because they were in Montreal! When you spend that much money on a scooter, I wish Apollo was shipping from Toronto or Montreal not Vancouver! Also shipping using UPS is not the best idea! This company is the worst, decide to reschedule a delivery without sending an email, says they will be delivering between 8h00 and 14h00, shows up at 16h45 ... Says the will be delivering on Monday and deliver on Saturday instead ...never add good experience with UPS or FedEx! Other than that,the experience is pretty flawless!

This is my first scooter. I needed something to get me around the surrounding suburbs of Armadale Vic, an inner suburb of Melbourne which is quite hilly.
After doing my research i decided on the Apollo Air. Speed isn’t an issue, but grunting up many of the surrounding 6 degree hills was important. Apollo has great support and a damn good reputation; it really was a no brainer.
The Apollo Air has met all my expectations. It handles the hills well and what was once a 35 minute walk is now a pleasant 10 minute ride. I arrive fresh and perhaps a little disappointed it wasn’t a longer ride.
I love my scooter and would genuinely recommend this brand to anybody considering an escooter.

Little glitch with the bluetooth stopping responding to the application, essentially bricking the scooter (keep a set of Allen keys with you). It did not ruin the day, after I disconnected the wire in the column the bluetooth restarted and I was able to unpark the scooter and go on with my day.

The application is functional but missing a few feature or hardly visible, % left on the battery could be more visible, operating mode should be more visible: eco, comfort and sport.

Another feature that would be nice but absolutely not necessary is to merge two or plus ride. Example, if you go for a ride and you stop, a new ride is recorded when the scooter is restarted. It would be nice if those could be manually merged.

Purchased an Apollo Go, front wheel/fork assembly moved left and right while handle bars remained steady. This caused death wobble when breaking and an unsafe feeling when riding. Contacted Apollo, they ensured if I purchased a second scooter it would be tested before being shipped but it was not. Same problem with the second scooter. I went back and forth with their support only to find out they are aware of the issue and don't have a solution! I wasted so much of my time and energy!

The Apollo team went above and beyond to solve my query. It was a holiday weekend when they were away from the office. The team solved my issues far faster than I expected. I have never felt so confident as a scooter owner. This company does not only build the best scooters, but the service is also top-notch. Apollo city 2024. Very high quality scooter, works well right out of the box, screws were tight on arrival. Scooter is made from high quality parts and provides a very comfortable ride. The apollo app has worked well. Battery range is Fantastic and I've achieved speeds slightly faster than advertised. Highly recommend apollo if your looking for a high quality scooter
