This is my first scooter

This is my first scooter. I needed something to get me around the surrounding suburbs of Armadale Vic, an inner suburb of Melbourne which is quite hilly.
After doing my research i decided on the Apollo Air. Speed isn’t an issue, but grunting up many of the surrounding 6 degree hills was important. Apollo has great support and a damn good reputation; it really was a no brainer.
The Apollo Air has met all my expectations. It handles the hills well and what was once a 35 minute walk is now a pleasant 10 minute ride. I arrive fresh and perhaps a little disappointed it wasn’t a longer ride.
I love my scooter and would genuinely recommend this brand to anybody considering an escooter.

Sold me a lemon scooter (Apollo Go…

Sold me a lemon scooter (Apollo Go 2024) with a control board that keeps frying the tail light assembly... I already disassembled the scooter once to fix it, now they want me to do my own repair the second time or drive 3.5 hours to a repair facility... they are refusing to replace the scooter. I would stay far far far away from this company... their scooters are low quality and their customer service is terrible. I've only had the scooter for 15 days...

Scooter also came pre-scratched, missing a tire valve cover and with a broken brake cable out of the box and their support recommended fixing the brake cable with electrical tape.

These people are borderline criminal. This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with such a product.

UPDATE: Apollo has agreed to replace the scooter with a brand new scooter. Updating to 4 stars to reflect this decision.

Customer support has been doing everything they can to get you riding again.
The proposed repair solution was not successful so you were approved for a replacement scooter.
We always try to diagnose and help customers repair minor issues themselves first, to avoid the delay of shipping a scooter.

Transcending the scooter experience!

I have had 4 Apollo models since I started riding scooters a little over a year ago! Each model offers something different for everyone. However, no matter which model you get Air, Go, City, Pro, they all are fun, easy to use, and inspire confidence. In a sea of trash scooters Apollo has built something that no other scooter brand has been able to do. A transparent company with amazing customer service to support their incredible every improving product line!

Ordered my scooter 8/2/2024

Ordered my scooter 8/2/2024. Didn’t receive my scooter until 10/2/2024!!!!

And now it has an ERROR/FAULT E1.

Waste of $. Customer service isn’t helpful

Apollo city 2024

Apollo city 2024. Very high quality scooter, works well right out of the box, screws were tight on arrival. Scooter is made from high quality parts and provides a very comfortable ride. The apollo app has worked well. Battery range is Fantastic and I've achieved speeds slightly faster than advertised. Highly recommend apollo if your looking for a high quality scooter

The Apollo team went above and beyond…

The Apollo team went above and beyond to solve my query. It was a holiday weekend when they were away from the office. The team solved my issues far faster than I expected. I have never felt so confident as a scooter owner. This company does not only build the best scooters, but the service is also top-notch. Overall I had a great experience with responsive and friendly customer service.

Love the Apollo PRO

Overall I am very happy with the product. 5/5

Little glitch with the bluetooth stopping responding to the application, essentially bricking the scooter (keep a set of Allen keys with you). It did not ruin the day, after I disconnected the wire in the column the bluetooth restarted and I was able to unpark the scooter and go on with my day.

The application is functional but missing a few feature or hardly visible, % left on the battery could be more visible, operating mode should be more visible: eco, comfort and sport.

Another feature that would be nice but absolutely not necessary is to merge two or plus ride. Example, if you go for a ride and you stop, a new ride is recorded when the scooter is restarted. It would be nice if those could be manually merged.

Apollo won my scooter choice

I researched a 5 scooter brands watched reviews and I'm so glad I picked Apollo! I immediately started receiving emails welcoming me to the family and getting information to help me learn about my first scooter before it arrived. Customer service was great and fast via email with the numerous questions I had getting started. I've ridden my new Apollo Air twice and I'm hooked. I was worried if a 4ft 10 in 56 year old lady could get the hang of scootering but it was smooth, and comfortable even with arthritis. And the 41 pds is light enough for me to pick up and put in the SUV. So happy and can't wait to take on vacation!!!

Apollo Phantom 2023

Just over 200km on my 2023 Apollo phantom. What an amazing scooter. Softened the suspension from the factory setting, now showing 3 threads, perfect for my weight. Custom tuned the acceleration and regen breaking, what a sweet ride. Scooter arrived when Apollo said it would. Product is literally cosmetically flawless, fast and has plenty of torque. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase, would highly recommend.

The best customer service there is !!!

Very proud of that company philosophy and the products they make...
They listen carefully...they take the time to answer every questions about the machine and provide a perfect technical support thru out my request...they understand the necessity of feeling safe when riding on a scooter that powerful...

I honnestly dont regret going with the…

I honnestly dont regret going with the brand apollo. The product feels premium and rides great. One of the features that made me choose apollo is the regen brake and i wasnt disapointed, its really smooth plus there is less maintenance on the actual breakes. Would totally recommend to anyone. The only reason i gave 4 stars is mine came in damaged and i had to replace some parts but the support was great. I had no problems getting the parts shipped to me for free

Perfect scooter for me - great build quality, excellent company support

So far my experience with the Go has been pretty flawless, from the purchase to setting it up, to riding it. It's still early days as I've only had it for a week, but it's basically been worry free so far, and performed extremely well. I'm a new scooter owner, so I don't have a lot to compare it with, but it fit my requirements perfectly. Get the best scooter for you. Apollo seems to really care about their customer and I've had a lot of positive experiences dealing with their support, even though these were mainly questions. They are very responsive and helpful so far.

Amazing experience with Apollo Scooters

My experience with Apollo has been great since day one. Every time I had to contact their customer support team, they answered in less than 24 hours and always handled issue I might have had.

Great Support and Scooter

Apollo helped troubleshoot an issue with the on/off button and Bluetooth connectivity by upgrading to the 2023 handlebar kit. Everything is working great and my 9yo has put 500 miles on the scooter so far as a daily commuter over the last 9 months.

I am considering the Rover (name TBD) which comes out for preorder in October for March 24 delivery. My thought process is less about anything the Air did wrong, just more believe she's becoming a more confident rider so a little more speed won't hurt, and the IP66 rating would be nice since she rides the scooted every day rain or shine.

Well-designed & well-built!

I recently purchased my Apollo Pro on the Canadian site and it came earlier than expected as it was on pre-order. The scooter is smooth! It's like you're gliding thru the pavement. They also fixed a lot of issue in the past that YouTubers addressed like the magnet for the latch that locks the folding stem to the deck. And the crackling sound with the front suspension is also gone. This company listens to its' consumers hence why I'm leaving this positive review & not just for the free 1k AMPs.

Unmatched CS experience

I emailed Apollo about my charger being a little hot. They asked for a picture with the temperature, which I sent, and they immediately/without question sent me a replacement under the warranty. This is one of several examples where they’ve stood behind their products and warranty.

Best Scooter with Stroung build, speed and reliability

If you're looking for a reliable means of transport, these are the scooters you buy. The moment I stepped on my Phantom scooter, I knew I made the perfect choice picking a Canadian business.

Their first line of defense for customer service is A Team, just know that you'll be taken care of.

I had some issues regarding delivery and it was sorted out in such a smooth manner which being a business owner myself, I really appreciate.

For a FUTURE PROOF scooter, Apollo is the one 👌

Team member Jin incredibly helpful

I have been back and fourth for about 1-2 months about an order for a replacement tire that has been on back order for a very long time. The whole time team member Jim has been incredibly helpful, I mean constant updates on what he was doing and doing anything he could to help speed up the process. Even if he was unable to he still kept me updated!

Great customer service

It's really easy to get in touch with someone over chat or phone, they always answer rapidly and with great clarity. I bought an Apollo Ghost 2022 and it came with a faulty charger but they were very quick to correct the situation with a video support call. The replacement parts were delivered within a week. The scooter is incredibly powerful, stable and overall very fun to ride. A little tip if you buy this model: put a rubber washer between the bolt and the top of the springarm of the suspension, it will prevent the annoying clunking noise...
