I had to change a tap on the shower I bought from hudson reed and I ordered a new one.The person with whom i was talking told me that I will get it for free as it was still under guarentee.
That is more than fair and I will certainly recommend

A high-quality company
A high-quality company. The radiator arrived very quickly, despite the distance (France). I also ordered some additional radiator feet, which unfortunately were not compatible. The company immediately offered me a refund, so that I wouldn’t have to incur the high cost of returning the items to England.
I would therefore highly recommend this company. Excellent quality and outstanding customer service. I would definitely order from this website again.

Careful with low quality products. Bathroom sink ordered to France arrived completely broken on two occasions. Customer service is responsive and professional and sent a new one immediately after the first one was broken, but nothing was bubble wrapped as they had promised. Second one arrived even worse. In aboit 20 pieces. The products simply dont seem to survive transport. I will ask for full reimbursement and look for better quality brands. A shame because we unfortunately bought the matching accessories

High quality products with great customer service
I have purchased many Hudson Reed products for a large house renovation project in France over the past few years, and have been very happy with both the service and quality of the majority of the products. In the rare instance of a breakage or fault with a product, Hudson Reed have been very easy to liaise with to get an alternative sent to me. Recently I had an issue, and Nawel in their customer service was very helpful with the investigation process and subsequent despatch of a new part.

Absolutely gorgeous
I absolutely adore my new sink. It’s beautiful. Surprisingly, the plumber had to cut the metal bar to make it fit, I thought it would just require assembly and come pre-measured.
Another odd thing is the metal part underneath the sink that I ordered separately (it was suggested to add for looks) did not fit the standard French pipes. I am afraid it’s too late to return it.
Otherwise the sink is super pretty.

We actually tried to call you earlier to discuss this, but unfortunately, we couldn't reach you.
To reassure you about the installation: yes, the metal legs are indeed designed to be cut to size before installation to ensure a perfect fit for your specific space, just as indicated in the installation guide.
As for the plumbing part that didn't fit the French pipes, a customer service advisor is going to send you an email shortly. They will be happy to assist you with that and provide any information or help you might need.
