Friendly but Race caller
The Consultant was friendly but he went through the terms and conditions like he was broadcasting a horse race and expected us to say yes to whatever he said... The amount of the premium advised was different to the amount deducted from our bank account. We are yet to receive a refund. The Terms and conditions did not mention a waiting period, yet we need to wait 2 months to see a dentist!!!!

Excellent customer service provided by Jackson who went through comparisons for 2 of my 3 properties. I ended up shifting 4 of the 5 energy providers plans.

Savings & knowledgeable staff
The people I spoke to here, Ibriham, was without doubt the best person I have dealt with online EVER!!! He knew everything straight off the top of his head immediately, no reading from pieces of paper in his cubical. Spoke fast but very clearly. I have Saved money on my policy and have a few extra things covered also. My partner spoke to him the next day & changed her insurance also as I had the confidence for that to happen. Can’t ask for more. This dude needs a raise!
