Haven’t received a payout that I requested since the 27th of June on been sending emails getting the same reply for 3 plus months “be patient “ and that the ETA cannot be disclosed but at this point this is getting ridiculous .

Guys be careful the prop firm you decide to buy from.

I have been waiting for a payout from mt4 before we migrated from the 20th august!!!!
I was told it would be saved and processed however nothing has happened with it. It wont allow me to request on mt5, which i presume has something to do with me requesting on mt4 before the mt5 migration.
support has been absolutely useless by just saying the same things over and over again. First the dx issues for payouts but whats there excuse this time.How hard can it be to just give me my money. The firm is that much of a joke it has made me write my first ever review lol

5 month wait time on DX, atleast 1 month on Tradelocker without any ETAs, abuse of power from the discord mods (insta mutes if you complain about your RIGHTFUL payout) and just so un-professional. They change their FAQ and rules without informing their community. The media/community engagement is just horrible and I hope people will not fall into this "100% payout" trap while there are so many other better options.

Avoid this people at all costs. Pay out are frequently delayed, and their Discord is full of frustrated users who have been waiting months to receive their money. Giveaways are deceptive, and they often fails to honor its terms. Customer service is dismissive and unhelpful. Spare yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. After I began sensing something off, I went ahead and enrolled Beyond Standard platform. Has been a smooth and rewarding experience
