Absolutely awful customer service

I’ve been completely locked out of my account and after speaking to three different customer service representatives, I’m still no closer to getting back in. One of them was practically shouting at me because I couldn’t remember a phone number from years ago It’s ridiculous that nobody can actually help resolve such a basic account issue.

Mac Studio piece of shit

I bought a Mac Studio with M4 Max Chip which turned up to be an expensive piece of shit.

It just stops and sometimes restarts with no reason and I lost a lot of work.

First time, I thought it was just an error. Send the crash report to Apple (which now I believe they either didn't received or they just don't care).

The same second time, third time, ..., thousand time. A genuine piece of shit for which I paid an absurd amount of money. Don't recommend it to anyone, including my enemies!

This company constantly sets new bars for lower achievement and getting worse and worse. Now my phone when you call somebody doesn’t show that it’s making the call and it goes back to a blank or home screen but then you hear somebody say hello hello on the other line.

Very poor experience in Bondi store

Very poor experience in Bondi store. I wanted to buy a new iPad to replace my current one. Disappointed that it is not possible to make an appointment anymore for a staff member to run through it in person. I waited near the door until a staff member came up to me. I told him I wanted to buy a new iPad to replace my old one.
Unfortunately this man had a smart aleck, obnoxious, unhelpful attitude. It was clear he was not interested in assisting an older female customer so I politely requested a female staff member to serve me. To my surprise and shock he then told me twice that I was offensive asking for a female. To which I stated in the past I have had a better experience with a woman helping me with computer technology. By this stage I was very upset, distressed and replied that he had insulted me, a customer with his response to my request. He then said he was ready to terminate our conversation! I was now too distressed to proceed with my purchase and found a pleasant female staff member to explain my problem, the manager then came and I explained how I had been so rudely treated and now unable to proceed with the purchase. He was understanding and apologised. Not surprisingly the male staff member who had upset me could not be spotted but the manager said he would review the CCC video footage. As I was too distressed by this unpleasant experience I decided to leave and will consider trying in a few weeks time. It’s disappointing that it’s not possible to make appointments at Apple so that as a customer you feel confident that you will be able use your new purchase efficiently. Such a rude misogynist attitude from male staff is not acceptable to educated, intelligent female customers.

Siri is useless

Siri never hears what I ask and after repeating a half dozen times it doesn’t understand anything. Google works great. Everything else works great. Siri is just as bad as Apple Music. So I turned it off . I think its only purpose is to spy on us

A very unhappy customer

I purchased (from the Apple Store online) AirPods Pro3 which are advertised as having the hearing assistance feature. They do not.
I only purchased the AirPods Pro 3 because they are advertised as having a longer battery charge than the ones I already have.
When I discovered the AirPods Pro 3 did not have the hearing assistance feature I rang Apple Support and they spent an hour trying to fix the problem but could not.
So far I have found it impossible to either get a refund
or exchange the AirPods Pro3 supplied with ones that have the hearing assistance feature.

14 September 2026

14 September 2026

I am writing this after nearly six months of being passed back and forth between Apple and Sky over a persistent Bluetooth issue on my iPhone 17 Pro Max that cycles connecting and disconnecting repeatedly. It started 23 March 2026 and I have visited each store at least three times. Apple said it was a Sky problem, Sky said it was Apple and neither took responsibility. Apple finally ran diagnostics, told me it checks out fully and claimed their system tests both software and hardware. I later found out this was a lie and it only covers hardware. They had me factory reset the phone which changed nothing then sent me back to Sky with no solution.

I spoke to Apple support on the phone, they escalated it and a senior representative promised me on a recorded call that my phone would be fully replaced with a new iPhone 17 Pro Max in Cosmic Orange because every troubleshooting step had failed. I arrived at the store for my fifth appointment only to be told they would not honour the replacement and would only replace the logic board instead. I asked for a manager who backed the decision. I agreed to the repair knowing it would not fix the issue and I was proven right. The Bluetooth problem remains exactly the same. Worse, I told them clearly before any work was done that I use an eSIM with Sky yet they proceeded anyway then informed me afterwards I may have lost all my data because I need to receive a text message to restore it. Something I cannot do if I cannot sign in to get those messages. When I quietly reacted under my breath the technician told me to watch my language despite it being a private remark and not directed at anyone.

I have since been in contact with Trading Standards and a solicitor and informed Apple I will be taking legal action. Now their support keeps trying to call me even though I have explained repeatedly their calls go straight to voicemail and I cannot receive them. They ignore what I tell them, offer no solution and show no care for the data they put at risk or the promise they broke. They lie about what their diagnostics cover, they promise replacements then refuse them, they damage access to personal data and they treat frustrated customers as the problem instead of fixing their own mistakes. This has been going on since March and there is still no end in sight. They do not stand by their word, they do not respect their customers and they do not take responsibility. Keep your data, your sanity and your money safe. Do not trust them to deliver what they promise or to fix what they break.

DO NOT RECOMMEND, THEY LIE AND BREAK THEIR OWN PROMISES.

Apples takes me on a Circus!!

Circus. After being passed around several agents and countries ultimately left wholly unsatisfied.

It all started with getting an email some two weeks ago on ordering and buying the new iphone. I was not sure, so I hesitated. Finally decided to get the new folding phone.

Should not have bothered. It started from a new date of 16/10/26 in both London and Bangkok. After an hour of help, ended back with that!!

16 pro max malfunction past warranty/bad customer service

I bought a 16 pro plus iPhone two years ago and kept in prestige condition . Phone cover and screen protecter . It stopped taking a charge all together and after having a diagnostic at geek squad I was told it was the logic board not working . I couldn’t trade in my phone nor would apple give a good faith compensation towards new phone . They said that’s what warranty’s are for . They could have made a good faith exception and choose not to. Policy policy - beware when buying there product . Being a loyal long term customer makes no difference to their product malfunctioning .its to bad as I have always liked the iPhone.

Apple pays lip service to customer care

It tells you all you need to know about customer service philosophy at Apple when Support contact subjects don't even recognise the word 'complaint'. After being referred several times to the support app for my repeat iMac in store repair status I find that progress hasn't been updated since dropping it off (again) and a 34 min call yesterday via the US promising an update today hasn't materialised. Service quality is woeful and is a far cry from a few years back. In short, I'm finding after sales customer service is not fit for purpose. The Apple brand prestige is certainly not what it used to be.

Do not buy Apple Products

Purchased New IPad 13” Air a month ago, three weeks in the device was showing a liquid detected warning on charging, all cables and charger are Applesnd device is completely dry. So Divice will not charge. Tried different chargers and cables, still the same problem. Just sold my 1st edition IPad Pro with never one problem since new. Also on watching YouTube or iTunes videos with a wired external speaker, the iPad freezes occasionally My iPhone Air, also new is not effected with either problem same conditions. Apple offered to replace the iPad but I had to lodge with them £ 900 ! So I bought a new iPad which is faulty after 3 weeks and Apple expect me to allow them to hold my £900 while I wait for a product that isn’t faulty. Very competent customer services but completely useless products. Would not recommend to anyone to buy Apple !

Confirmed trade‑in exception not…

Confirmed trade‑in exception not honoured — Westfield Doncaster
I purchased my iPhone 17E at Apple Store Westfield Doncaster, and had a confirmed 7‑day trade‑in exception by email for my iPhone 17 Pro Max. The device is genuine, serial number valid, fully signed out of Apple ID, Find My turned off, and all functions work perfectly.
When I returned to process the trade‑in at this Doncaster store:
Louis (Manager) stated a restriction that trading a 17 Pro Max toward an iPhone 17E is not allowed — a rule that does not exist on Apple's official trade‑in page.
Tiana (Manager) refused to review my email confirmation, was rude and impatient, told me to come back another day, and ended the conversation prematurely.
A confirmed agreement was not honoured, I received conflicting information from two managers at the Doncaster store, and I was not treated with respect. I hope management will review this location specifically and ensure consistent, fair service.

Apple lie and aren’t not honest.

did two trade ins which resulted in two digital gift cards. I added them to my Apple Account so I could use them for a future order only to find that they could not be used for in-store pick. I found that out two late to avoid a month delay in getting my new device. Apple are not honest or transparent, they treat customers like dirt.
