Search Results Feel Too Cluttered

I’ve been increasingly frustrated with Google Search lately. The new AI features often make the search experience feel more cluttered, while ads and sponsored results can make it harder to quickly find the information I’m actually looking for. I understand that ads are part of the business model, but the balance between useful search results, AI-generated content, and advertising has become frustrating. I hope Google focuses more on keeping search results relevant, clear, and genuinely useful.

I can’t say enough good things about Brandon, Chris, and the entire Wrap Team at Direct Graphix.

They came through for me 1000% on my 2009 black Ford Expedition.
I wasn’t trying to be a difficult customer. I simply wanted the job done right, and Brandon understood that.

He took the bull by the horns, addressed the problems, and made sure everything was done properly. It took longer than expected, but I’d rather wait for perfection than settle for less.
The beach design looks absolutely incredible and makes my Expedition stand out everywhere I go.

Direct Graphix stood behind their work, solved the problems, and delivered. I would recommend them to anybody.

And if you go there, ask for Brandon. He’s the guy!

1/5 Stars

1/5 Stars: Terrible service. Paying for a Pro tier only to be treated like disposable trash. Google hypes AI media, music synthesis, and video tools, yet delivers constant backend crashes, broken pipelines, and forced watermarks plastered over paid exports. Promising menus and toggles lead straight into server errors, excuses, and zero accountability. Broken promises, zero reliability, and complete disrespect for paying subscribers. An utterly infuriating waste of subscription money.

Pici Nottingham

Very disappointing experience at Pici, Nottingham

We booked a table at Pici for 4pm on Sunday, having made the booking on 30 August. We were looking forward to trying the restaurant, but unfortunately the experience ended with us simply walking out.

The initial service was reasonable. We asked for tap water for one person and were given it for both, which was fine.

The problems started when we came to order. The already limited menu offered just two meat options — pork and sirloin, with the sirloin at around twice the price. We were then told that there was no pork available.

So, despite having booked in advance, we arrived to find that one of the two meat options on an already limited menu wasn’t actually available.

The drinks prices didn’t help either, with beer costing over £10 a pint and wine also being very expensive.

At that point, we decided that spending a substantial amount of money in these circumstances simply wasn’t acceptable, so we walked out without eating.

The biggest issue for us is the booking. If a restaurant knows it has a very limited menu and that one of the few main options isn’t available, why accept a booking without informing the customer?

We could understand something selling out during a busy service, particularly for a walk-in customer. But when someone has booked a table in advance, surely they should be told beforehand if a significant part of the already limited menu is unavailable.

This wasn’t a case of expecting an extensive choice. We were perfectly happy with the menu as advertised — but one of the two meat choices wasn’t actually available when we arrived.

A very disappointing experience. We booked in good faith, arrived on time, and ended up leaving without eating. For a restaurant charging these prices, we expected considerably better communication and customer service.

This Company NEEDS to Get Their Stuff Together

I have been dealing with trying to get my phone fixed and replaced now and have not gotten very far with it....they seem to be on their own schedule. They also make promises they cant keep. And actually, they don't even deserve the 1 star.

Greed disguised as “policy”

Greed disguised as “policy”

I’ve been told my YouTube Premium family access will be cancelled in October because my household has two addresses. My partner is currently living at our other address while caring for his elderly, dying mother. Apparently that is enough for Google to decide we are no longer a household.

This is corporate greed dressed up as policy: rigid, tone-deaf and completely detached from how real families actually live. Keep squeezing paying customers like this and eventually it will turn against you.

Disappointing

I had a genuine experience with a rental car company and wanted to leave a positive review about their quick and professional handling of a refund request after an incident.

However, Trustpilot removed my review, stating they could not confirm it was based on a real experience, despite the fact that I provided documentation and evidence of my communication with the company.

I find this very disappointing, as it discourages honest feedback. My intention was only to share a positive, real experience.

Based on this, I cannot consider the platform fully reliable when it comes to publishing authentic reviews.

Here's a fabulous review for Guillermo Justo at Hacienda Encantada:

Our stay at Hacienda Encantada in Cabo was truly unforgettable, and a big part of that was due to Guillermo Justo’s exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, Guillermo went above and beyond to ensure our visit was nothing short of perfect.

He thoughtfully stocked the refrigerator with waters, soft drinks, Tecate, and Dos Equis XX beverages, making us feel right at home. Each day, Guillermo checked in to see how we were doing and made dinner reservations for us, taking all the hassle out of our planning. He also arranged for a seamless checkout and transportation to the airport, making our departure just as smooth as our stay.

What truly touched us was Guillermo’s attention to detail for my wife’s birthday. He and the housekeeper arranged for rose petals and heart-shaped decorations, creating an incredibly romantic and memorable celebration.

Guillermo’s dedication, warmth, and genuine care made our vacation truly special. We will cherish these beautiful memories for years to come, and we are grateful for Guillermo’s efforts in making our trip so extraordinary.

Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this car detailer

I highly recommend this car detailer Matthew from GARN in Townsville! He had a pretty grotty situation to deal with when he did my car, but he was so professional and didn’t make me feel embarrassed about it at all.

He went above and beyond what he was supposed to do and put in extra effort to get the car looking so much better. I really appreciated the care and effort he put into it.

Great service, great attitude and I’m really happy with the result. I’ll definitely be using him again. Thanks so much! 😊🚗

Google Maps compromises geographic accuracy and silences user reviews

Google has quietly rolled out highly problematic updates to Google Maps, renaming major international bodies of water like the Gulf of Mexico to "Gulf of America" and Lake Ontario to "Lake America." While their corporate stance claims they are simply syncing with local federal databases like the GNIS, allowing sudden, unilateral political executive orders to dictate global geography completely undermines user trust. A mapping service should rely on global consensus and objective geographic facts, not shifting political directives. To make matters worse, it is completely unacceptable that Google has shut down the ability for users to rate and review the app directly in the Google Play Store to suppress the public outcry. Actively blocking consumer feedback on their own store page shows a severe lack of platform integrity.
