I would give 0 stars if possible. I had my bicycle insured for a week with them. I had a question to verify with them, chatted over whatsapp, giving me a wrong information and insisted me to call a number. I explained I am not a dutch speaker and when I call number, menu does not direct me anywhere, I randomly pick options and never go further. The reply on chat was very rude, asking me to get a help from someone speaking dutch which in that moment was not possible for me. I asked if they could arrange that insurance agent calls me back but they could not do that simple step. Finally after few days I got on a call and the moment I said I speak in English, the person just hanged up saying no english. Soo, I made a decision I am done with this company. I cancelled unsurance and got another company. Today, I received an invoice with full 1 month premium plus cancellation fee to pay while for 14 days, you cancel insurance for free. I am not going to pay it, its not about 8 eur pay or not, its just a principle and for such a low quality , rude and poor service, unive does not deserve even 1 cent from me.
