Online-Bestellung "on hold" ...
Warum kaufe ich ein Spiel bei einem Online-Händler?
Damit ich - weil alle Vorgänge automatisiert sind - den entsprechenden Code SOFORT bekomme! Dafür gibts dann z.B. Bezahldienste wie paypal (für die hier eine extra "Service-fee" erhoben wird).
Aber was passiert? Die Bestellung ist zwar sofort bezahlt und trotzdem "on hold" - sprich sie wird nicht bearbeitet, es kommt kein Code und ich sitze das Wochenende ohne Spiel da.
Wozu brauche ich dann einen verschissenen Online-Händler wie HRK?
Leute, ihr taugt nichts! Und ich kann jedem nur raten die Fingen von diesem faulen Laden zu lassen!
