Add a little color to your tacos with these simple tortillas! 

2 cups of warm water
1 small purple cabbage 
2 1/4 cups of corn flour Maseca 

Blend the water with the cabbage, strain directly into the flour, and form a dough that is not sticky. Make a 1 inch ball with the dough and press with a tortilla press. Next, cook at medium heat for about 1 minute each, enjoy your fresh tortillas! 💜
