Default refers to not showing up on the day of a scheduled health checkup without canceling the appointment(NO-show). After defalt, you may face disadvantages when making future health checkup appointments.

If you have been determined to have been in default, you have to do it again.  

Students on leave of absence can also undergo a medical examination and receive medical treatment, but as for examination expenses, please inquire to the Student Medical Mutual Aid Society regarding whether you are eligible for support. 

Student medical examinations are conducted on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and endoscopy can be undergone on Tuesdays or Thursdays after receiving a prescription from the gastroenterologist after examination.

Appointments for recruitment medical examinations are made over the phone, and the results usually take about a week, so if you are in a hurry, please use an outside hospital. 

Please check with the Student Medical Mutual Aid Society for whether you will be supported. (T.4717). 

If you agree to the transfer of chest X-ray record data with an electronic signature when you make the appointment, the results will be automatically transferred to the dormitory system. Since it usually takes 2-3 days to complete the reading, be sure to proceed with the e-signature in advance.

The examination should be performed after fasting for at least 8 hours. However, since a default may result in disadvantages, you are recommended to get other tests first and schedule only blood and urine tests at a later date.
