If you’ve been following the world of high-powered e-bikes, you’ve probably noticed the line between e-bike and light electric motorcycle getting thinner every year. The Luckeep M5 Ultra is one of those machines that sits right on that dividing line: a motorcycle-inspired electric bike with full suspension, two big hub motors, and a speed and range that will make your average commuter e-bike blush. I’ve been testing the bike to see what it’s really like in the real world, and let me tell you… this thing is a beast!

When I first saw the Viribus SC5 electric trike, I figured it would be a budget-friendly utility trike with basic features and limited performance. I’ve tried a Viribus e-trike before, and while it got the job done, it was a fairly basic and entry level model. But this time, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the SC5 delivers more than just the basics.

I’ve been testing it now for various errands, grocery runs, and casual rides around the neighborhood. After logging some decent miles on it, here’s what I’ve learned about this three-wheeled e-bike, and why I think it’s a strong contender in the growing world of electric trikes.

When I first hopped on the new Priority Skyline Smart‑Shift e-bike, I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect. I’ve ridden dozens and dozens of commuter e-bikes, some fancier than others, but it’s rare to see something that feels this refined and has components like these, especially from a direct-to-consumer company that focuses on quality builds at affordable prices.

Just unveiled this month, Priority Bicycles calls it their most advanced e-bike ever, and after a few days riding it around the city, I can say they’re not just hyping it up. This thing is a seriously capable commuter machine packed with impressive tech, high-end components, and thoughtful design choices that blend into a surprisingly seamless ride.

Portable power stations long ago became one of those “why didn’t I get one sooner?” products for me. Whether it’s keeping a fridge running during a power outage, charging cameras in the field, or juicing up my growing fleet of electric bikes, a good battery box is worth its weight in gold. Sometimes I use them simply when I’m too lazy to go find an extension cord! I recently got my hands on the new Dabbsson 2000L power station, and after putting it through its paces, I think this one’s going to earn a permanent spot in my gear lineup – and yes, probably a spot in my e-bike charging garage!

Heybike has just announced the launch of its new X-Series, with the Mars 3.0 and Ranger S 3.0 Pro comprising the first two big new models. Or maybe not so “big”, as they’re actually kinda compact-sized, at least for full-suspension e-bikes. They’re both 20″ wheel folding e-bikes, and they pack in a lot of performance into comfortable rides. I’ve been testing both, and today we’re jumping in with both feet to check out how well the Mars 3.0 rides.

Ride1Up recently threw its hat into the electric mountain bike ring — and not with a tentative little toss, either. The new Ride1Up TrailRush is the company’s first fully fledged, fully class 3 eMTB, and it’s aiming to take a big bite out of a segment that has traditionally been dominated by pricey, big-brand models.

The HappyRun G300 Pro is the epitome of an out-of-class electric bike. That is to say, it has many of the components of an electric bicycle, key among them the functional pedals, but its extremely high power and speed place it well outside the limits of traditional e-bike classifications. The result? Basically, an electric motorcycle with pedals. And I’ve got some thoughts about that.

In my opinion, a NACS to CCS adapter is a vital tool for any BEV owner, and this one from Lectron is simple and effective to utilize.
