Delivery service is horrendous
Delivery service is horrendous! I always order in advance and twice in the last 2 months, I’ve had huge issues with deliveries. They don’t arrive and when I speak to customer service daily, I get fobbed of with ‘well escalate it’, ‘well re-order it’, ‘we are looking into it’. It never arrives and I end up asking for a refund. Completely unreliable service. Avoid!
