Information we collect
Information you provide directly
- Contact form: your name, email address, and the content of your message.
- Newsletter signup: your email address and the page from which you subscribed.
- Software activation: your email address and device identifier (when the activation feature becomes available).
Information collected automatically
- Analytics data: we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised usage data including pages visited, time on site, referral source, device type, browser, and approximate geographic location (city-level). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google. We have IP anonymisation enabled.
- Server logs: our web server automatically records your IP address, browser user-agent string, and the pages you request. These logs are retained for up to 90 days for security and diagnostic purposes.

Newsletter & the Spam Act 2003
Our newsletter complies with the Australian Spam Act 2003 (Cth). We will only send you commercial electronic messages if you have given your consent (by subscribing via our website). Every message will clearly identify us as the sender and include a functional unsubscribe mechanism. Unsubscribe requests are honoured within 5 business days.

Retained until you unsubscribe, then deleted.

Retained for 14 months (default GA4 retention).
Server logs
Retained for up to 90 days.
